Sheeting

From rolls to sheet with recycled and virgin cardboards up to 71 inches wide, commonly with cardboards ranging 12 to 24 in caliper.

Printing

The origin of a good print begins in our graphical and structural department. We count with the “state of the art” pre press software, that linked to the “CTP”, allows us to digitally film on the plates to be mounted later in every one of the printers bodies.

We have flatbed printing in offset for folding and litho laminated products, capable to print up to 8 colors plus varnish in line. For products that the customer wants to outstand, we can offer inner printing.

Flexography printing for corrugated packages, either regular slotted boxes and die cutted boxes up to 4 colors.

UV Varnish

When the customers want to outline some quality or characteristic about their product, we apply this finish en different ways out of line: all-over, spot gloss, matte, texturized, and Braille, among others.

Other kind of varnishes

The same purpose as above, also we have other finishes: Blister Varnish, Diamond Varnish (Glitter), Food Grade (FDA), Drip Off (Contrast) and in a very special way: Mirafoil, this is a substitute for the metalized carton, but the difference is being friendly with the environment.

Other Finished

Hot Stamping
Usually used to highlight some detail about the package through a metalized foil and/or holograms.

Litho Laminated

This process it is done with the purpose to strengthen the package structure to achieve a major resistance and protection for the product that is going to carry. We make it through a combination of a single face (linner and medium) laminated to a generally offset printed carton sheet; the obtaining of package resistance and sturdiness is a direct result of the combination of different calipers of cardboard and paper, and the type of flute used for the single face. In this case we have C, B, E, F, and N flutes.

Into the litho laminated family we have the possibility to make boxes with aluminum foil to the internal face of the box, with the purpose to make it burnable, usually; this kind of package is used in vaccination campaigns and/or sanitation. When they want to properly dispose the hazardous material and incinerate the product inside the box without affecting the exterior, so later they can discard it in a safe way.

Die Cutting

This process is done in a flat bed die cutting machine, for folding package and litho laminated.
We have the most modern technology .We make our own tooling, being this principally dies and blanking, offering a major productivity in our processes in benefit of, quality, costs and delivery times.

In this same process we can perform embossing in line or as an additional process when the depth and register of it are compromised.

For corrugated packages we use rotary die cutting machines, mainly for trays used by the beverage Industry.

Window Acetate

We count with the infrastructure to glue in machines the acetate in sizes 3 and 20 micron and polyethylene among 3 and 30 micron. This window can be with register or without register.

Gluing

We make our gluing process, according to the needs of our customers and accordingly to the design and the shape of the package, either manual or in the case of automatic machines it could be: linear glued, double linear, automatic bottom, double wall, four corners, six corners, hexagonal automatic bottom, envelope, with insert, in two parts (part A and part B).

Corrugated

We can make in our Leon, Guanajuato plant, simple corrugated packages in C flute, in values from 23 until 55 of ECT. Those values are achieved through a combination of specs and quality of the papers. The papers we use are provided from the best manufacturers in Mexico and their mills only use recycled fibers.

The sheet that comes out of the equipment turns out (according to the design and requirements of our customers) in a regular slotted box (with its different subfamilies), or in a die cutted tray or box, both flexo printed.
